*We only offer international express shipping service via DHL due to the COVID-19 issue

*Shipping cost : $15 (flat rate for all countries)

*Delivery time : within 3-10 days after shipping

- International shipping method : K-Packet (Korea Post registered mail service)

- International delivery usually takes 7-21 days 

- We do upload the international delivery tracking code on so that you can check the delivery status

We are unable to ship to P.O. BOX / APO / FPO

- We do not take any responsibilities about the custom issues which we actually are not able to handle with


We package and ship your order normally within 3-5 business days. We start working on your order immediately so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed.

We only ship packages during the business week and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. International delivery via

k-packet (Korean Post's registered mail delivery service) usually takes 7-21 days depending on the country, and cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

Due to regulatory customs issues, which can cause extensive delays, limits order amount $200 or less

Customers who wish to purchase more than $200, we suggest you to place two separate orders to avoid customs related issue.

2. Return & Refund

■ Return : 

- Customers may ask return within 15 days after receiving the package

- Customers are required to send the package back to designated warehouse located in Korea, and have responsibility to pay the international shipping fee for the return.

- Customer should include required information in the box including *Full name *Order number *Email address

- Please make sure that we do not take any responsibilities about the lost, damage, or anything happened during the shipping

■ Refund

- Damaged & Wrong item : Please contact to our customer support team for the refund request and our team will help you with the process. It normally takes 1-2 weeks for the refund. 

- Unwanted item : We do refund the full amount of your returned product after investigation. Please kindly note that we may refuse to refund when the returned products are damaged.


1. Payment method : Customers can pay with credit card or Paypal balance

- For Paypal account holders : Payment page is redirected to Paypal website and you may log in and click 'Pay' button

- For Credit or Debit card users : Payment page is redirected to Paypal website. Please click the button saying 'Pay with a debit or credit card or Paypal credit'. Please kindly fill out the payment request form and click 'Pay' button and the payment will be done.

2. Payment failure : If payment fails, please come back to webiste and check the order status to make sure your order & payment status. And then contact to our customer support team so that our team can help you with the process.
